Since our products are all perishable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product ships, which is acknowledged prior to purchasing any product on our Website. Please make sure that you carefully read product descriptions and our delivery process before placing your order.
GRAZING TABLES/EVENTS:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event’s date and time. You may reschedule your grazing table or apply your deposit as a credit toward other products on our website, provided you notify us at least 6 weeks prior to your event if any changes are to occur. After that point, the deposit becomes non-transferable and non-refundable.
