Refund Policy

Since our products are all perishable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product ships, which is acknowledged prior to purchasing any product on our Website. Please make sure that you carefully read product descriptions and our delivery process before placing your order.

• If you would like a refund on an order that has not shipped yet, you must email us 7 business days prior to placing your order; we will issue you store credit.

• Lost or stolen orders after delivery will not be reimbursed or re-made. Please ensure you (or your delivery recipient) is home between the delivery window. Contact us in advance if you need to rearrange a different date or time. 
• If you are sending someone a delivery as a gift, please make sure you are providing the recipient’s correct phone number in case we run into any issues.

GRAZING TABLES/EVENTS:

A 50% non-refundable payment is required to secure your event date and time. You may reschedule your event or apply the payment as a credit toward other products on our website if you notify us at least 5 weeks before your event date.

After this 5-week mark, all payments made toward your event become fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
