Refund Policy

• Since our products are all perishable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product ships, which is acknowledged prior to purchasing any product on our Website. Please make sure that you carefully read product descriptions and our delivery process before placing your order.

• If you would like a refund on an order that has not shipped yet, you must email us 7 business days prior to placing your order; we will issue you store credit.

• Lost or stolen orders after delivery will not be reimbursed or re-made. Please ensure you (or your delivery recipient) is home between the delivery window. Contact us in advance if you need to rearrange a different date or time. 
• If you are sending someone a delivery as a gift, please make sure you are providing the recipient’s correct phone number in case we run into any issues.

GRAZING TABLES:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to confirm your event's date. You can reschedule your grazing table or use your deposit as a credit towards other products on our website. You must let us know a minimum of 6 weeks before your event if any changes are to occur.
